NHL Data offers following extra services to a ServerHotel:

SecurityCare With SecurityCare, NHL Data ensures that the server is always up-to-date with Service Packs and security patches for Windows. This'll ensure that the server is always protected against a hacker-attack. Also, we install an AntiVirus software that is daily updated with the newest virus definitions.	500,- (400,-) per month
CompleteCare With CompleteCare, NHL Data takes over the running of the server. Read below for futher information.	Efter aftale
Backup Backup of up to 10GB Data. The backup can be done on a daily basis, as long as the datasize does not go above the 10 GB.	625,- (500,-) per month
Backup Backup of up to 50 GB data. The backup can be done on a daily basis, as long as the datasize does not go above the 10 GB.	1875,- (1500,-) per month
MySQL Database Installation and configuration of MySQL database on the server	Establishment: 625,- (500,-)
MS SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition Single Processor License (Server is configured with only one processer). Installation of MS SQL on the serveren.	Establishment: 45.000,- (36.000,-) or 2500,- per month
MS SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition Dual Processor License Installation of MS SQL on the serveren.	Establishment: 90.000,- (72.000,-) or 6250,- (5000,-)per month
Extra IP address Allocation of an extra set IP address to the server.	50,- (40,-) per month

All prices are in DKK including VAT.
Prices in the parentheses are excluding VAT.

Daily running contra CompleteCare:

NHL Data install and configure the server initially, which will ensure that it's ready for
use as a webserver immediatly. It will be updated to the most recent service packs
as well as the most recent security patches. After this, though, you will be responsible
for the daily running of the server, as well as keeping it up-to-date with the new
security patches, as well as ensuring that the server is configured correctly and runs
optimally. The server is administered via a remote management program, for instance
VNC or Terminal Service Client (both running via a VPN connection.)

NHL Data also offers a CompleteCare arrangement, where we take over the daily running
of the server, thereby ensuring that the server is always kept up to date with security
patches, service packs, configuration changes and the like.
With a CompleteCare arrangement, you can safely lean back and focus on your business,
while we take care of the server.
